Common pricing questions
What if I stop using the SlideHub solution?
On the monthly plan, you can cancel any time and will no longer be charged. For the annual plan, you can cancel any time, but there is no refund for outstanding months.
On the annual plan, what if I need more seats?
You simply add more users to the account. If the number of seats in use exceeds the committed number of annual seats an additional monthly invoice will be issued for the additional seats.
On the annul plan, what happens if I remove seats during the year?
If your reduction of seats do not bring you below the committed number of seats, then the reduction of seats simply lowers your month invoice.

If your reduce the number of seats to below the initially commitment annual seats, it does not impact your billing situation, but will be automatically considered when the contract renews at the end of the annual billing period.
What if I only need the PowerPoint Asset Platform / software solution?
That is not a problem. You can turn off the service access on your account to ensure no one on your team uses the service.
Can I limit the service to selected people?
Yes. You can limit the service to only selected employees. Often clients only provide the service to managers and above.
What is the price structure of the service?
The price is paid per hour of effective work. The standard price is 35 USD, but clients with substantial monthly volume are provided a discount. The hours are pre-paid with a minimum purchase of 10 hours per purchase and can be refilled automatically or by request depending on preference.
What happens when service credit hours expire?
The credits can no longer be used and you will have to buy new credits to use the service. However you can always a minimum purchase of 10 hours to reactivate all of your credits.
Can service credit hours be shared among the team?
Yes. The credit hours are associated with the company/organization and are always shared among the members.
Can I customize my invoice?
Yes. The invoice is split per user so you can track individual hourly usage. We can also split according to project ID or other similar accounting references.
For the service, how long does it take to make 4 slides?

For the service, is there a limit to how many hours we can use in a day?
No. However, there might be limits to how fast we can return tasks of a certain size.
For the software, is there a limit to the weekly usage?
There is a weekly limit of 500, non-company assets per user.
For the service, is the price per hour higher when fast turnaround is required?
No, customers provide deadlines and we do our best to deliver on time. On average, we deliver within ~8 hours, but often do turnarounds in less than 8 hours.
For the service, is the minimum price per task?
As all tasks are associated with a minimum effort in terms of scoping, communication and quality assurance, tasks are almost never below 1.4 hours of combined effort.
For the service, what type of work is included in the hours?
The hours charged include both the actual design effort and time spent by project managers on scoping, managing, and quality-checking each project. On average, 72% of hours are allocated for design and 28% is allocated to the project managers.
Can we get separate invoices for different teams or affiliates?
Yes, we can split the invoice according to your requirements.
How is Slide Management paid?
Slide Management is paid similarly to the Design Service.
Can we get separate invoices for the service?
Yes, you receive separate invoices for the Design Service and other add-ons.
