Can I limit the service to selected people?

Yes. You can limit the service to only selected employees. Often clients only provide the service to managers and above.
What is the price structure of the service?

The price is paid per hour of effective work. The standard price is 35 USD, but clients with substantial monthly volume are provided a discount. The hours are pre-paid with a minimum purchase of 10 hours per purchase and can be refilled automatically or by request depending on preference.
What happens when service credit hours expire?

The credits can no longer be used and you will have to buy new credits to use the service. However you can always a minimum purchase of 10 hours to reactivate all of your credits.
Can service credit hours be shared among the team?

Yes. The credit hours are associated with the company/organization and are always shared among the members.
Can I customize my invoice?

Yes. The invoice is split per user so you can track individual hourly usage. We can also split according to project ID or other similar accounting references.
For the service, is there a limit to how many hours we can use in a day?

No, customers provide deadlines and we do our best to deliver on time. On average, we deliver within ~8 hours, but often do turnarounds in less than 8 hours.

As all tasks are associated with a minimum effort in terms of scoping, communication and quality assurance, tasks are almost never below 1.4 hours of combined effort.
