Improved version control

This feature now allows you to keep track of updates to both slides and presentations, so your team members have access to the most current versions of company slides and presentations.

How do you benefit from the feature?

  • Automatically check if presentations / slides are up to date
  • Ensure your colleagues have access to and use the latest slides and presentations. Now it is much easier for team members to keep their materials updated with just a few clicks
  • Version Control helps to make sure that your team members notice and choose to use the most current versions of company slides and presentations

To see how it works, check out the short video below:

Improved update presentations process

With this improvement it is much easier to  update complete presentations. You can see an overview of slides to be updated and it gives appropriate warnings before changes are implemented.

By streamlining the process of updating complete presentations, it becomes much easier to keep company libraries up-to-date.

How do you benefit from the feature?

  • You now have an overview of the slides to be updated
  • You’ll receive the appropriate warning before changes are implemented so managers confirm them
  • You are able to unlink slides when you don’t want to be notified about any changes
  • If a slide has been deleted in the updated presentation, you can still transform that slide from the previous version into a standalone slide

Improved search

This update helps you to narrow down your search more precisely for better results. It allows you to filter slides by tags, categories and subcategories in addition to excluding specific content to find the right slides immediately.

How do you benefit from the feature?

  • Search filter now allows for filtering tags and subcategories within categories, and the result will only be associated with the given tag, subcategory that matches the search term
  • By excluding content in slides
  • Filter for labels excluding all results not associated with that tag, subcategory or category

See how to filter your search results below:

Suggestions extended to team libraries

The simplification of the suggestions and review process will allow you to grow your library more efficiently. The Suggestions tab is now more straightforward, and you can add content to teams directly.

How do you benefit from the feature?

  • With the suggestions extended to the team libraries, managers can also add slides directly to a given team, not just to the company library
  • Managers can share reviewing responsibilities and we have implemented a more effective notification system, as well as an overview of all the suggestions
  • Team members can easily and quickly suggest slides to the company library and to teams, so growing the number of useful company assets will be a breeze

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
