We were quite busy this April with new features and improvements to the SlideHub Platform.

We introduced bulk auto-tagging, a new search performance report, improved the top contributor interface and suggestions in the PowerPoint side pane to name but a few developments. Let us know how you and your colleagues in your company like these enhancements, we thrive on your feedback!

  • Template file validation - automatic file validation has been extended to PowerPoint templates specifically to help ensure their consistency with your company's requirements
  • Mass delete assets in selected libraries to efficiently delete large quantities of company content
  • The bulk auto-tagging feature helps you map tags to large numbers of assets uploaded to your company library to streamline the tagging process
  • The search performance report provides detailed statistics and insights into users' search behaviour within each asset type of your company library
  • The new top contributor interface introduces new leaderboards and impact tracking to enhance user engagement and provides valuable insights about suggestions to your library

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
